FOR BAND: WORSHIP GIGS

Everything you need linked here.

GIG DETAILS / SET LISTS

For each confirmed gig, you will receive an email invitation to Aly’s PLANNING TOOLS site.

There you will be able to access details for each gig + transposable chord sheets / sheet music.

FIRST TIME USERS:
Create an Account via the email invitation we sent to you (after confirming a booking).
If you did not receive one or have any questions, contact Aly.

CHARTS APP (CHORD SHEETS)

In the Planning Tools Site or App, there is a link to access CHARTS (website or app).

Best to use on a device that can access internet during the gig, because with a wifi connection it should update the order on the fly & also you should be able to transpose chord charts as needed.

Some lead sheets are also available here. If you need more lead sheets, we should be able to get those for you via SongSelect (contact Aly if needed).

Pro Tip: If the chord sheets are not showing everything, you may need to toggle between “one column” and “two column” to fix the glitch.

BRING TO EACH GIG:

  • In-ear monitors  (quality ear buds will work in a pinch → not big headphones though)

    • Protect your hearing! We need the click/cues loud, so have quality in-ears or at least earbuds with rubber stoppers, but it’s worth investing in good ones to protect your ears. Shure has a cheap pair, or Amazon, but I’d recommend AlClair

  • Your instrument of course, & necessary cables, stands, etc.

    • Set list (print or on phone)

  • Your phone - I’ll communicate through texts while at gigs so always be watching me or your phone 😊

  • iPad with app for viewing music (preferable over paper / binder of sheet music) & ipad stand

    • Access the Planning Tools site from your device so you can transpose on the fly.

    • CHARTS APP (above)

  • Overnight necessities if applicable
